Team A.S Judo squad training

Competition Squad Training Dates (Autumn Term):

October 13th

November 17th

December 8th

We are pleased to extend a special invitation for your son (or daughter) to attend TEAM A.S Judo training on a monthly basisl
Your son/daughter is showing great potential and we would like to help accelerate their progress with a view to representing
A.S Judo Club at competition level.
Making the most of raw talent
A.S Judo instructors are always on the look out for children who have heaps of enthusiasm and who seem to take to Judo like a ‘duck to water’ .
It is our aim to encourage these children and ensure they maximise their potential and the squad training sessions are designed to do just that.
They will be led by Ex GB Champion and Head coach Alan Scott who will provide extra tips and tuition in readiness for competition Judo.
Sessions are held once a month on a Sunday.
*Students attending squad training should be training at least 2 times a week (Silver or Gold membership) to take full advantage of this opportunity.
When are the training sessions?
The squad training sessions will run on the 3rd Sunday of each calendar month. As a rule, if the Sunday falls at the start of a school holiday the session will be moved to the Sunday before and if the session falls on the Sunday at the end of a holiday then it will be moved to the Sunday after. We will be letting everyone know in advance what the dates are for training but this helps to work out what the future sessions will be so you can plan ahead.
A.S Judo Competition Squad – 10.00am-12.00pm (6-16 years)
Chiltern Wood School, Faulkner Way, Downley, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP13 5HB
Those who are invited to attend should be aware that these sessions will be running throughout the year and a high record of attendance is required to being part of this elite group. Players will be taught advance techniques used by some of our Champion instructors throughout their competitive Judo career to prepare them for the competitions ahead and to speed their development as a Judoka. If a student fails to attend training frequently and without good reason they will be dropped from the squad as places will be limited and at a premium.
There is a financial commitment of a £13.00 mat fee per class which is exclusive to the membership fees and is payable each session and must be paid in cash prior to the squad member stepping onto the mat.
Please call 07776442963 or email: with any questions you might have.
Best Wishes
